Shipping policy

All fish will be shipped using UPS 2nd day air at at set rate of $65

Shipments will go out the following Monday or Tuesday of your order.

For an additional fee UPS next day is possible. Contact for more information.

We’ve shipped plenty of fish and have the upmost confidence in our shipping method.

DOA Policy

In the unfortunate event the fish arrives dead we require a minimum of 2 photos of the fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery time.

In which case a replacement fish will be sent if possible or a refund minus shipping cost will be paid.
